Information for All Republicans
In 2006, the people “in the know” will tell you that the GOP suffered its greatest losses since Watergate not only because of the public opposition to the Iraqi War and GOP ethical lapses in Congress; but because the Democrats took full advantage of the Internet. Democrats understood then (and now) that to be successful, you have to campaign on the Web as well as on TV.
While isn’t the GOP as successful as the Democrats on the Internet? There are multiple reasons, but mostly it is generational. The more important question is, what is being done to “level the playing field” between Democrats and Republicans?
This site is what is being done to level the playing field between the Democrats and Republicans. The GOP’s secret weapon is Republican All in One™ Political Suite.™ And because it a “secret weapon” we can’t go into details with you right here and now. But what the Trustees of the Republcan Leadership Trust are doing is the GOP’s answer to MoveOn.org, Act Blue and multiple commercial vendors who provide political technology.
But doesn’t the GOP have access to commercial political technology? Yes, the national and statewide campaigns and party committees have access to commercial political technology, because they can afford it. The average county or local Republican committee can’t. The Trustees of the Republican Leadership Trust step in to resolve this gap.
But doesn’t the RNC have resources like Voter Vault? Yes, the RNC has resources like Voter Vault, but that’s merely a database. Someone has to manage and update databases. The Trustees of the Republican Leadership Trust step in to resolve this shortfall.
Is Republican All in One™ different than the commercially available political software and technology? Radically different, indeed so different, Republican All in One™ is probably the most powerful political technology available and it is exclusively for the Republican Party. We will give you one hint. Unlike any other political software, Republican All in One™ is not written for campaigns that come and go, but for the Republican Party which remains year after year.
And how do you know this? Republican All in One™ was beta-tested this past November in various districts in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and its suburbs. The results were that on Election Day certain Democrats were shamed by their defeat.
What can I do now? Pledge $10 or $25 a month to the Trustees of the Republican Leadership Trust. It will be the most important contribution you will make to the future of the Republican Party.
In that I have never heard about this, what assurances do I have that my contribution is put to good use? While the Republican Leadership Trust was established by a regularly constituted Republican
Party Committee and the Trust’s campaign finances is public information on file with the PA Dept of State, it is a trust, organized under PA’s Uniform Trust Code. Trustees have higher fiduciary duties and must answer to both campaign finance laws and trust laws (run-of-mill campaign or party treasurers answer only to campaign finance laws). Trustees must be impartial and faithful; oversight is by what Pennsylvania calls the “Orphan’s Court division” of the general trial court. All monies must be spent in scrupulous manner solely in furtherance of the Trust’s objective, providing Republican All in One™ and related political technology to all Republican Party committees (called “beneficiaries” under trust law).
What if I am a Republican Committeeman or Committeewoman?
Your State Republican Chairman already knows about the Republican Leadership Trust. Make sure your county Republican chairman is also in the loop. Have him contact the Trustees to obtain his username and password to obtain complete information on Republican All in One.™
