Trustees’ Internal Operating Procedures
The Trustees promulgate Internal Operating Procedures (”IOPs”) for the purposes of implementing the terms of the Trust Agreement and all applicable law. Obviously, portions of the IOPs are redacted because they obtain trade secret information only for use by Beneficiaries, and are available from your Circuit Trustee. Please note the footnote at the bottom of each page to indicate the date of issuance, as the Trustees amend the IOPs from time to time.
